United Prairie Bank is hiring an Assistant Retail Manager in our Spicer location. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Spicer, MN

Job Overview:

The Assistant Retail Manager will support the Retail Manager with day-to-day tasks and leadership to ensure the branch operates to the highest standard. In this position, you will manage all aspects of branch staff, including proving work direction, scheduling, performance appraisals, coaching and development and will assist customers as business needs require. You will work with the branch to achieve our strategic business initiatives and goals while adhering to our policies and procedures. 

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance desired
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • 3 years of related experience in a financial services industry preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with Fiserv and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
